Our client is looking for a high calibre as a IT Cloud Security Manager to join their IT security department to manage secure multi‑cloud engineering and operations, delivering scalable, well‑governed cloud platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business, application, infrastructure, network, and vendor teams
  • Assess and support new cloud development initiatives
  • Review and manage AWS services such as EC2, VPC, IAM, Lambda, WAF, CloudFront, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail
  • Review Azure networking, landing zones, and Microsoft Entra ID configurations
  • Design and deploy cloud infrastructure with security‑by‑design principles
  • Support Alibaba Cloud infrastructure and platform components
  • Track and manage cloud project delivery to meet timelines and standards
  • Work with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Alibaba) on service adoption and issue resolution
  • Prepare cloud governance reports, dashboards, and operational metrics
  • Facilitate security assessments for new and existing cloud applications
  • Drive and maintain a multi‑cloud management and operating model

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in cloud engineering or cloud security
  • Strong experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Alibaba Cloud
  • Knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, APIs, and security best practices
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., Alibaba Cloud ACP / ACE) are an advantage
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently and in teams
  • Proficient in English; Chinese (Putonghua) is an advantage
